Emergency Maintenance 

Life-threatening emergency: Call 9-1-1 


Although there is no complete list of emergencies, here are some guidelines for when to call 9-1-1: 

- When you smell smoke or see a fire. If you are in the building that is on fire, evacuate immediately and call from outside the building. 

- When there is a medical emergency, poisoning, or injury. 

- Any situation that is potentially dangerous and you are not sure whom to call. 


Emergency Maintenance Requests: Call (310) 850-0558 

An emergency is a maintenance problem that creates a safety hazard to residents or imminent damage to property, so that repairing it cannot wait until the next business day. An example would be a broken pipe. Your phone call will be answered any time, day or night. 


Routine service requests: 

Use online form, or call your apartment manager.  It is our policy to provide courteous, effective, and timely service. Routine requests are consistently completed within 24 hours or on the next business day. However, weather conditions, parts availability, and contractor scheduling must be taken into account. We appreciate your cooperation. 


The easiest way to resolve a service issue is to fill out an online service request form. Submit your request online for any routine issue. Online service requests are forwarded to our maintenance department for completion.
